Upcoming Adult Workshop Offerings

Photoshoot with Nadia Images!

Dates: Saturday, December 20th 2025 and Sunday, December 21st, 2025

Photoshoot Theme: Saturday is Smoke&Mirrors, Sunday will be Water&Reflections. Please keep this in mind when signing up. Themes are NOT interchangeable due to the setup required.

Pricing:

  • $165 for 30 minutes of shooting time and 5 photos for one person
  • If you’d like to share up to 1 hour with a second person, please book consecutive time slots and let the studio know that you’d like to share the hour.
  • Up to 3 people are allowed to share a 1 hour slot for an additional $60 (a total of $390). Please note, 3 people with 1 hour will allow up to 12 images (4 images per person). Please reach out to the studio in advance if you’d like to book this option.

Prerequisites: All ages and skill levels are welcome. 

Additional photos are available for an extra charge directly through the photographer.

Aerial Silks

Foundations

In this foundational aerial silks class, we will be working on body awareness, light conditioning, basic skills, and poses. The goal of this class is to understand a basic footlock, learning how to climb the silk, and be able to do a small choreography with the poses you’ve learned in class.

This class focuses on the theatrical movement that can be incorporated into choreography. We will be combining floor work, combos and poses played as different characters or emotions with various music pieces.

Lindsay Nova often calls herself “a one-woman spiritual circus” and is known as a leading yoga teacher trainer worldwide. While her current primary focus is teaching yoga, she also holds a BFA in dance, choreography, and performance, in addition to certifications in Pilates and barre. She is also a Level 2 Reiki practitioner and regularly teaches yoga teacher trainings around the world. Her studies include Ashtanga, vinyasa, acro yoga, aerial yoga, yin, and restorative yoga as well as most recently kundalini and Iyengar yoga in Dharamsala, India.
 
On August 28th, Lindsay will be hosting two workshops here at Aerotique Columbus! She is also available for private lessons while in Columbus. Just contact the studio to learn more.
